Add your NPI number, tax ID, and practice address
Configure your session fee schedule and accepted payment methods

Common Questions

Do I need commHUB to use practiceOPS?
No. commHUB is an optional add-on included with all plans. You can activate it anytime — even after you've been using pOPS for months.
Is my Google Voice number HIPAA-compliant?
No. Google does not offer a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for Google Voice, which means every client text on that line is technically a HIPAA violation. commHUB is a fully covered, HIPAA-compliant alternative.
What happens to my existing clients when I port my number?
Nothing — they notice zero difference. Their phone still shows the same number in their contacts. Texts just now route directly into your pOPS dashboard instead of Google Voice.
How long does the entire onboarding take?
Most clinicians are fully operational within one business week. Day 1 is usually your account + business details. commHUB activation (if porting) wraps up within a few days while the telecom transfer processes in the background.
